I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Stéphanie at reception, were incredibly pleasant and helpful. They gave me valuable advice about the city. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The location is great, as it is fairly close to the city centre and just a few minutes away from the metro. There is also a tram nearby that goes directly to the airport. The breakfast was well worthwhile, with fresh croissants and pain au chocolat, along with excellent coffee. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the friendly staff.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel bit far away from the city center (about 25 min walk), area bit dodgy - specially at night after coming back from the city center. The receptionist barely speaks English and has no knowledge about the city itself and the city life. She said that everything was closed in the evening but we were determined to see the night-town anyway so we found out that thousands of people were hanging around, relaxing and partying and lovely La Gorone river was the livest place ever. Also the room was noisy cos from the street-site.

Calm of the hotel, no noise. Friendly staff. Excelent money/comfort trade-off. Good hotel organization.

The staff was nice, and bed was comfortable. Close to stain station.
extra charge for breakfast is kind of lame, and the room still had tights from someone else laying about.

First of all the nearness to Clinique Pasteur, but also the helpfulness of the staff, who put themselves out on my behalf.
The lack of a seat/chair in my room but space is a consideration .

I never knew how long I needed a room but the hotel was able to meet all the changes I made with great courtesy and understanding.
The bedroom lacked a comfortable chair for use when one had several hours to spend there.

The location is very convenient. Although not in one of the best areas of Toulouse, it appeared quite safe. The hotel is located very close to two metro stations, therefore transport is very easy. The room was nice, very spacious, clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They help you with all issues very promptly. Internet access was free and of good quality.
I was there few days ago in July, the time when it is extremely hot in Toulouse. Although thankfully there was a fan (which wasn't the case in many other hotels in France, or even in Paris), it was still too hot. I would have liked air conditioner :)

The owner possessed a "sweet" personality and went beyond what was necessary to accommodate us. The room was clean and adequate with a private shower. Staff were friendly and provided us with suggestions for food and places to visit. I have no problem recommending the Garden hotel to travelers.
4kilometers from the city centre.
